Description: This copy of the First American edition belonged to the legendary journalist Dorothy Thompson, who was a friend of Parker's. The book is in very good condition with some light dampstaining and discoloration.
The dust jacket is edge-worn and somewhat faded, with a tiny crease at the top of the front flap, else fine. Laid-in at the front are a couple of aged review clippings that have heavily toned the endpapers. A very interesting association copy.
