Description: This delightful Depression-era volume is bound in full charcoal-grey leather over flexible boards with an elaborately gilt tooled spine, yielding a deluxe leatherbound paperback housed in a red clothbound slipcase that is here modestly worn. The book itself is in beautiful condition, save for four small tape shadows on the endpapers and pastedowns, front and rear.
It is number 516 of 1,500 copies, SIGNED by the illlustrator, Alexander King, on the colophon page.
